Alex Waksman is a solicitor who has spent the past decade working in leading international and US law firms. Coming from a family with a background in property -- and as someone who's always on the lookout for his next move -- he came up with the idea for NestFinders and assembled the team in 2024.

Jordan Sherne

CTO

Jordan Sherne is an IT Architect at a technology consultancy, specialising in modern compute and digital transformations. Jordan also has previous startup experience with Perito. He leads the infrastructure and automation solution that powers NestFinders.

Jake Waksman is a marketing, social media, and digital content expert. He has worked in prominent marketing and talent management organisations before building his own agency. Jake leads sales and marketing at NestFinders.

Our Story.

NestFinders was born out of personal experience searching for property in London.

Relying on online portals missed out the ~25% of London properties that are sold off-market: Previously used for secretive sellers of Chelsea penthouses, by 2024 off-market sales had reached the mass market. Even for modest apartments and suburban family homes, sellers don't want the risk of listing online, failing to get the asking price, and having to announce that they would accept lower offers.

But going direct to the dozens of estate agents in each area was time-consuming and tedious, and it was too easy to overlook smaller independent agencies with great portfolios. There had to be a more scalable solution.

The result is NestFinders: buyers fill out a simple form to specify their criteria, add personalised notes about the type of property they want, and have this information sent automatically to estate agents across all of the postcodes where they're searching. Fast, efficient, and with full coverage both on-market and off-market. Just sit back and wait for the perfect properties to come to you.
